Show some love to bug report(s)ers ZOS

There are many good and thorough reports with all kinds of info, like detailed descriptions, videos and pictures... And generally speaking, when ZOS requests further info from players they do gather all kinds of data. For free and for the love our game. Player base can be really nice when treated well.

However ZOS crew members reply every 7th or so report. Knowing that each of the bug report is at least read by ZOS would mean a lot. Replying with 'it's being investigated' would do wonders too. But sometimes with bug reports, it's like talking to yourself or other fellow players who got the same issue.

Our QA team actually reads just about every thread in the Bug Reports section. Sometimes it's an issue we're already aware of, sometimes a fix is already in the works, sometimes we aren't able to repro the issue, and sometimes it's not even a bug at all. We do our best to keep everyone updated in that section, but as we originally mentioned when we opened that category, we aren't able to reply to every thread.

Maybe you can give us an update on this thread:

I know you're aware console performance is trash and it's an evil act to have allowed it to remain horrific for years.

Not your fault as I've seen your posts and you seem to care but don't seem to have the power to do anything about it, but an update would be nice.
I'm a PVE roleplayer concerned about my vampires stage 4 skin tone and keep getting load screens so I came here to distract people from major issues with a rant thread about my characters cosmetic appearance.

I truly appreciate your post Gina. Thank you!

I'm aware that there are all kinds of reports, good and (utterly) bad.

It's just that I've seen lingering good bug reports without any further details or fixes from the ZOS.

Some are indeed cosmetic ones, but still ruin immersion of a game (for example hand disappearance) and some are quite annoying pest-like bugs like lingering "crossed-sword" icons in Cyrodiil map or main TG-quest related bug. These are just examples.

But anyway, knowing that your QA team does read all threads there is promising and good to know that our reporting is not in vain.

I can't even image how many "bug & exploit" report they get a day by players who have no clue how the game works. I once got a message from a player (who was being completely serious) who said they were reporting me for moving too fast in the game while I harvested nodes. For every legitimate bug or exploit they get they probably get a million that aren't.

^ True Combo, but I was not talking about /bug reports, only those written in the forums, which all of us can see and read. :)
