Another Patch, Another Login Issue *Sigh*

So I have opened the Launcher and downloaded the latest patch. However, now when I click on the Play button, nothing happens and I am unable to launch the game. Any ideas on what I need to do to resolve this?

I also can't see where I can use the Repair option as it is not in the Option menu of the Launcher.

Try restarting your PC (if you are on PC), it usually resolves these issues. Because I'm on PC EU and it works just fine, just checked to confirm.

Hi Protagonist, thanks for the info. Yep tried that - same thing. However, I saw another post saying to run the Repair tool until it works - I did this several times and now it works!

I have the same problem. It complained about permissions and OS issue. Tried repair and then restarted.

Now the play button briefly turns grey then comes back.

I can run the PTS, though.

@BenevolentBowd If you are still having issues opening the game from the launcher, you may want to try setting the launcher to run as an admin before running the repair. You should also check your anti-virus and firewall exceptions as well to make sure nothing is blocking the launcher from running the repair fully.
