Player character gets stuck in animation loop after interacting with The Heralds. PC/NA
I can't find the function in-game to report minor quest bugs like this one, was it removed or just moved somewhere else? I can open a ticket for "character issues" and to report another player, or I can provide feedback, but most of the bug reporting stuff seems to be gone.
