When does "Double Furnishings & Collectibles space in player housing" take effect?? As a member I do not have this feature, at this time.

You would be in error..... it was 600 before the update, and it is still 600. With the ESO+ these places should be 1200.0 -

No... 700 is max housing slots for manor houses. That's with eso +. 600 is not a manor house. And no houses even come close to 1200. Lol.1 -

No, you are the one in error.
For that tier, it's 300 without ESO+, 600 with. You seem to be under the mistaken impression that there is some "update" that adds a "new" double-capacity feature. There is no such thing: double furnishing capacity for ESO+ has always been there since the launch of the housing feature. 600 is a large house, manor's are 7001 -

I think it's because there is now a notification in the game telling you about your double furnishing space perk. So the game is notifying you of that now, even though you've had it since half a year ago, which is a likely source of confusion.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

LOL...no, just no. There is no way you had 1400 spaces in your manor on PTS. If you had, the PTS would have exploded with people saying OMG, more spaces! They did it! Instead, no, PTS had threads on the fact that ZOS commented to some players that they are not raising the furnishing cap with this update due to platform limitations, and discussion ensued about the PC master race and consoles holding them back.
It is true, however, that they raised the collectibles limit from 40/80 to 50/100 on notable homes.1
