Best race for StamDK, Double S&B or TW + S&B

I am planning to create a StamDK for PVP mostly

What do you think is the best race for Stam DK PVP wise?

I am looking for good upheal and survuvability, as well as being able to kill people.

If someone played wow, I want to somehow recreate Holy DK or Blood DK playstyle. That is constant pressure, not allowing opponent to be mobile by snaring and immobilizing, etc...

Would appreciate some explanation also please

Where are the lizards?.... I would use Argonian... potion passive is pretty op...

Orc

Orc imho is best race for stamina character in PvP. Sprint speed, healing received are very unique and strong passives. Rest of bonuses are also very interesting. Redguard lacks survability, Imperial is second best choice behind orc, if you like playing as humans.
