Dear ZOS, this one has some bubblers, but no smoke is coming out of them. Are they broken?

Khajiit saw many bubblers in the world and a blueish smoke was coming out of them. But the two bubblers that khajiit has, no smoke is coming out of them. Why is that?

Could you please hotfix this issue asap, so that khajiit can enjoy her bubble(r)s?


If you will hotfix it within 2 days, khajiit would send you free meowz as quest reward, this one hopes you will enjoy them much!

I would link the many threads in which I also complained of this issue, but to tired.

But for a mere 310 crowns or so, you can make a reasonable facsimile of a smoking bubbler by buying the stick of incense from the crown furnishing section and then a frustrating time trying to center the damn thing into the bubbler so only the very tip shows.

So nice of them to provide this item don't you think, that then takes up another housing slot on an item that should have been animated to begin with? <sarcasm off>

And before someone mentions it, yes I already tried earlier with the Argonian incense burner but that produce a large amount of smoke enveloping the whole bubbler like it is on fire from below. You can use that in the center of a pit fire for nice effects though.

**sad sarcasm on** yes, that sucks pretty much, this one has two bubblers, so she would need two incense sticks to do that. what a blatant irony and sad move from ZOS, that they make a bubbler, but without the smoke.

It's pretty disappointing, especially since it's one of the more rare, high demand furnishings in the game. I assumed they were broken on PTS but just thought, "well they'll be awesome once they're fixed".

I think I am more incensed (apropos regarding the subject at hand eh?) at having to either steal or buy a second object to make the first one work as it should.

I know a poster did previously remark in a July thread stating to me: *SNIP* The bubbler is a static item while the smoke is an animation. When the devs place one of these, they probably have to place both elements individually and get them to match.

We can craft other static items that animate bathtubs, candles and lighting being a few; so again I ask the Devs., why our bubblers do not?

Oh I completely agree, especially with item limits what they are! Just didn't want anyone not knowing that it's not necessary to spend crowns on the incense if they don't mind a bit of thievery

But yeah, the bubblers should be interactable with an on/off setting for the smoke.
