The droprate in Vvardenfell is too low!

Ive been sending countless of hours trying to grind things in Vvardenfell, everything from the new motifs, furniture patterns, paintings etc. And it just doesnt feel rewarding. Im all up for grinding, i dont mind, but I want to acually feel like its giving me something. Atleast double it. I dont know anyof my friends who has gotten one of the new Epic furniture patterns yet.

I agree. But, I did manage to pickpocket a few purple housing items this weekend.

The droprate of new purple furnishing recipes from urns in tombs - which are the best way to farm them afaik - is something like 1/20k urns, give or take. Go figure. And no I'm not kidding. I farm them and I have about a dozen so far - and you don't want to know how much farming that took.

Ashlander and Tong motifs have decent droprates, something like 1/4-5 in my experience. Armiger, well...I'm not even sure on numbers, I haven't farmed it specifically. Same for paintings. New Houses motifs don't seem that atrocious, I have none but they're already selling for less than Armiger so that's encouraging.

New house motifs seem to be about 1 per 100 items pickpocketed or so, in my experience so far.

Armiger motifs are about the same for me, maybe 1 per 100-150 chests. Those just seem a lot lower chance because chest grinding is so much harder than picking pockets.

I find this so discouraging. I've basically played every minute that Morrowind content has to offer. Spent lots of time exploring the zone, doing quests, grinding public dungeons, doing dailies. Have all the non-Halls of Fabrication achievements, except one. Can you guess which one?

Opened nearly 200 chests and thus far, zero buoyant armiger motifs. Zero.

It's just not worth the grind. I really like being a master crafter, but l like playing content I actually enjoy more. I'll buy it from the crown store if it ever arrives there otherwise I have better things to do.

U can always buy the motif.. if course it goes for 100k plus each piece

For the record is it some nice looking armor. But ya i feel you i didnt bother grinding i randomly got a armiger mace motif from opening chest but that was just luck.

Still agree. I'm fine with the drop rate on the new motifs: in terms of time it's about the same as fortified nirn, one per half hour/three-quarters of an hour of farming, but there are 42 to collect so I'll be at this for a long time.

BA? Still zilch. Purple Vvardenfell plans? lolno.

Regarding The Great Houses motifs I can say, that drop rate is quite adequate and stable. For a week a got 2-3 parts from around 150 stealing attempts each day. So probability is around 1 over 70. If you compare this drop rate with other grindable motifs, for example with ones from Orsinium DLC, which are much harder to grind, IMO, you will see that it is alright.
