Can't play the game

Since the update, I can no longer play the game. I log in and when it tries to load my character screen the game crashes all the time, once I got online and I could hear the game sounds and everything but the load screen was still there, so couldn't control or see my character. Now I just tried to log in and crash.

Also I still can't login to my account on the website, I get an infinite load that just adds $ signs on the end of the web address, now when I try to login because I would like to buy some discounted crowns i'm getting this message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 15277477881082963744

This is a complete pain because today I just auto renewed my subscription and can't play. Please fix these problems or give me a solution PLEASE....scratching my arms now!

Do you have another support id perchance? If you have not already, contact our customer support and submit a ticket at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and they should be able to help you further.

Hi Matt

That ID is from trying to sign in to my account online at the website and I can't login to my game, just tried again and it crashed. I've just uninstalled it and now re-downloading again to see if that fixes it but I don't have a support ID at all yet.

Damn

Just realised I can't get into my account, so can't download the game........FACEPALM!!

Edit: Seems my problem trying to login to my account is browser based(Goggle Chrome) because I just used Microsoft Edge and was able to log in and purchase some crowns....Trying to fix chrome now but still can't get in game
