New Motifs from Toves/Safeboxes?

Can anyone confirm that they've gotten any of the new motifs from Thieves Troves or the silver Safeboxes?
I've opened a ton of them and have never seen a motif. I do get a few motif chapters per day pickpocketing..and I get a Buoyant Armiger chapter about every other day, to give an idea of how much of this stuff I open.
Could be just bad luck with RNGeezus (or maybe an extremely low drop-rate compared to pickpocketing?) but it feels like I should have seen something by now. I did get the rare cheese lol.
Not complaining, just curious if it's a bug or bad luck!
