Can I access the expansions on PTS without having them on my Live account?
I currently play on PS4 and have all expansions, but I was considering picking up a PC copy just for the purpose of testing build combinations for myself prior to commiting to farming or crafting them. If I was to buy the base game, would that give me access to test all sets and content, or are you required to have access to the content on your Live account?

✭✭✭✭✭Access to DLCs, yes. Access to Chapters (i.e. Morrowind), no.
