Ninja-buff? BG giving double AP !?

Ever since HOTR launched, i noticed a heavy increase in BG AP. On all regular matches, i am now getting 6-7k AP, where i would normally get 3-5K AP (2500-5000 score depending on matchtype). And just now, i had a Chaosball where i got about 3500 score for getting 400 points (i had 3 carries, and on teammate had 1 carry), and i got 9k AP! That has surely never happened before. So i am very confident that something has changed here.
Did i miss something in the patchnotes? Or did they ninja-buff the AP from BG's?
In any case, i am a big fan. It is now possible to make 25k+ AP / Hour, and even up to 50k+/Hour, if you perform really well, end matches quickly and have decent luck not getting stuck in queue too much.
