Why am I being charged for the Horns of the Reach DLC?? I am an active ESO plus member!

I am prompted to pay 3500 crowns for the Collectors Bundle - 1500 for the Horns of the Reach! This is the only reason that I logged on today and I can't get it? WOW! Why am I even here??.

You can play the dungeons as long as you have ESO+ - you don't need to buy the bundle in the crown store to have access to those dungeons. It's not meant to give you the bundle "for free" - it's only meant to give you access for free until your ESO+ lapses.
