Unable to harvest nodes from Clothier survey

I play on PC, NA megaserver. On 18th August, my character Halla Ravenskald went to harvest the Clothier Survey south of the Skyreach Catacombs wayshrine. She was able to interact with two nodes of ancestral silk, the could not interact with any of the other four nodes (two more ancestral silk and two furriers' traps). She also could not interact with another nearby ruby ash wood log. She was able to fight - and loot - mobs, and to chat in guild, but couldn't press Esc to change addons/refresh UI or log out.

Eventually I logged out by stopping ESO. When I logged back in the unharvested nodes had disappeared (which is an annoying bug or feature in itself!)

The same thing happened to me again today, once again in Craglorn. On a different character, Kerenza of Ezrasholt, and a different survey - Alchemy. Couldn't use Esc key or E key, could type in guild chat and /reloadui, could fight mobs though not loot them. /Reloadui didn't change anything.

I don't know if this self-fix would help, but try rolling away. Normally when I get similar glitches when I can't pick up/interact with anything after spamming action button, I would roll out each time and it would somehow reset. I was able to interact after each roll.
