Chat Window Minimising at Guild Trader : HoR Patch

Since the HoR patch each time I use the Guild trader interface the chat window is minimised.
The chat window "Lock" function does not have any effect.
This is only occuring with the Guild Trader interface, all others I have used do not close the chat window.
I feel sure this is a bug.
I disabled all my addons and it still happens.
And yes, I have repaired my game (several times).
Maybe its the "Lock" function that is no longer working?
