With templar skills being broken

is it better to run radiant glory over radiant oppression now?
i doubt zos will fix templar anytime soon.

It has been better since they nerfed the 40% extra damage to only 20% on oppression.

With the exception of Cyrodiil, by the time I am using RD, I usually have less than 30% magicka left, which is how it should be. So the 20% bonus is more like 5% bonus.

The healing version doesn't have this problem, and often lets you keep using the skill instead of having to heal up in between casts due to the long channel time.

For PvE its not worth slotting either morphs atm, DPS loss. Better of using a HA rotation with Puncturing Sweeps slotted for the passive.

Base is 20% of the damage done. This percentage is increased by dealing done and healing received. I have seen like 35% on my healer. So my glory ticks for around 30K on my healer, who is not really set up for dps, 20% of 30k is 6k. I have seen ticks of 9k, really helpful on kena boss fight.
