How to: Customer Service Ticket

The new Customer Support site is difficult to navigate, and I cannot find out where to request a Customer Service Ticket anymore on it. I have a character-specific bug that I need resolved.

Here is the bug, if it matters.

You should be able to submit a support ticket by going to this link. Please let us know if that is not working for you.

Thank you for replying @ZOS_BillE . Unfortunately, this link takes the user to the new 'Web Assistant' site, within which it is impossible (at least for me) to figure out how to actually create a support ticket.

I go in and make the selections regarding my character skill issue..

And it pops up an 'answer' at the bottom telling me to read the forums, wikis and knowledge-base. The last line tells me that I can "Contact the Elder Scrolls Online Support Team", but does not include a hyperlink to do so like it does for the other options (wikis, etc).

Can you please tell me how to actually create a ticket with the elder scrolls online support team?

    Thanks!

Try "Technical Support" instead of "In-Game Support" ?

There is no longer anyway to contact tech support with an issue which is not already listed in the so called "Web Assistant".

There used to be two-way communication with tech support including a telephone number at one time.

And there seems to be no more access after logging in to the personal list of bug reports submitted by each player.

So ... to ZOS_BillE ... If there is a way for you to bring back all or some of these nice things that players like to see and use in a tech support/customer service site, please do so. You will receive many thanks.

You can get to prior tickets by clicking on your name in the upper right, next to the sign out button.

I would be surprised if they can fix your character, to be honest. That might be why there is no option to send feedback.

Edit: You can, however, write Feedback/Bug under the In-Game Support and explain the nature of the bug, which might help the skill reset get fixed for everyone.

I found my list of in-game /bug reports on my account and tried adding a comment to one of them, because that allows you to check a box saying that you would like a response to the question. But, I did not receive a response anyway.

There is actually still a different issue I need to create a customer service ticket about regarding crowns; I've given up on the one I originally posted about - I'm just re-leveling the skill.

And yes, as far as I can tell, there is no way in the web assistant to contact customer service even though the web assistant says that you can do so (without providing a hyper link) for any of these types of issues. See image below:

I have been able to find a few other specific issues in the web assistant that seem to provide text boxes to allow us to contact someone, generally revolving around crown issues.

So, I guess the point is just that we're not supposed to create tickets about in-game issues... at all. That's my best guess. Though then I wish it didn't say to contact ESO support at the bottom of in-game issue resolution pages. -.-

Thank you very much lordrichter!!! I found it.

That's not the way it used to be a few weeks ago. The link was not hidden a few weeks ago. It was in plain sight on the right side of the page.

(I am not going to go into one of my pet rants about how programmers seem to not give a flying you know what about whether or not a user can quickly find and use things on a web page; I don't like them wasting my time looking and finding something that was already there before they broke it or hid it somewhere. I'm into user functionality. Not "it looks cool" or it's the latest programming technique. I'd rather spend my time playing the game.)

Of course they allow you to write them if you have a problem with the Crown Store. If you are a big Crown Crate buyer and have a problem with buying Crown Crates, they probably call you, and follow up with a home visit.
