PC-EU- Error 301

Been trying to log in for last 4 hours after my girlfriend logged off hers. All I'm getting is Error-301.
So far, tried resetting routers with making sure that game is not being blocked by Antivirus or Fire wall (though i don't use any antivirus except for windows defender).
Anyone else facing the same issue?
Edit: Issue is same for NA or EU servers. On both I'm getting the same error.
