Death Recap doesn't work

After the patch I've noticed that Death Recap screen became inactive (one can't view it). Some friends of mine have told that they're experiencing the same issue.

✭✭✭✭✭I've had plenty of experience with the death recap since the update went live and it works fine for me.1 -
xRIVALENx✭✭✭May be an addon causing the issue, running LUI Extended here and the death recap is broken for myself and results in a UI error.
