Update on Down Time?

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Could we please get an update on when the server will be back up, or how long the maintenance will take? It's been 2 hours with no word from anybody, surely by now you guys have some idea of when the server will be back up.

It lacks the capability of servicing users at the moment so it's "down." Likely this is causing some sad feelings and we understand that you may also be "down" due to this.
Since we're not entirely certain what state it's in, and no one wants to go into the server room to verify, we're just calling it Schrödinger's Mega Server for now.5 -

doesnt this also mean if you check on it, and it was up, it goes down. and vice versa. so by getting an update, theres 50% chance of breaking it?1 -

Maybe. Of all the khajiits we've "volunteered" for the mission of checking on the Mega Servers none have returned. We suspect this might be because our ethernet cable arrangement resembles a large ball of yarn.3 -

More like wishful delusion that they will communicate with us; I know it's not going to happen, but it's nice to fool myself every once in a while.
