✭✭✭✭✭Breton, definitely. Reachmen are of breton stock after all, and until and unless ZOS decided to make them a standalone race with slight differences from bretons, that's what you should go for.
Warden would be a obvious choice indeed, though nightblade would also be applicable. Sorceror and DK, possibly as well, though the reachmen are more into nature and bloodmagic then fire or daedric curses...
Then you just need gear in "barbaric" motiv, and RP with a russian accent... there you go, reachman!
