Can't tell you how many time I miss my merciless resolve proc because my light attack won't go off.

It'll do the light attack animation yet the actual fireball won't go off =/

This has just gotten worse since it's 5 attacks now instead of 4

Yeah, the 5 attack change did little for the skills clunkyness in pvp.

When weaving with strife, you basically need 8+plus light attacks. The best alternative is to do 5 quick lights and sit on the proc until you need it.

You can also hit the target with a knockback ability(Flame Clench) or CC them with Fear, then press the proc button.

In my experience with this ability, it is important to not mash it or the proc will just disappear all together.

I wish I could play my characters AT ALL in ESO. Unfortunately, Morrowind ruined any chance of that happening. Out of principle, I refuse to use a Lightning Staff on a character that exclusively uses Fire as their damage. It's nonsense - nearly every one of my skills cost 4K+ magicka to cast now.
- Can't play in Dungeons or Trials because my resources don't last long enough. Battle Roar is dead.
- Can't play in Cyrodiil because it's a guaranteed disconnect from the servers, followed by 2 hours of login failure.
- Can't play in Overworld because all 3 factions' zones are 100% complete.

The entire game needs an overhaul. CP system needs to be removed and a public apology issued for how it destroyed class uniqueness and diversity.

This is the only game I know that would be actually better if they just turned the timer back 2 years.
