Anyway, need server and platform.
I think they know about Fort Virak, at least on PC/NA, as the accounts do change after a few weeks.
There are "hot spots" in the game where bots can almost always be found. I expect that ZOS knows about them. If ZOS is waiting around for someone to report them before they take action, then that is probably part of the problem. Report them in the game, if you want, but I figure they already know.
