    Thread title contradicts itself so hard I don't even know what to think.

    what do you mean? or "no trial sets"?

    I mean meta and casual in the same sentence

    well no, I play only casually, but still I want to have the best gear possible (I know that skill setup and PRACTICE is more essential to be able to be good, but gear is also important part of it)

    Hi!
    If I were you I would just look at Alcast's stuff. I actually know him from way back, he's actually a nice person and his builds are good.

    People here on this forum often post everything but a simple answer to a simple question.

    I could link a build here, or just google him.

    yep, I saw his video about his new magblade build earlier, but have not watched it yet. Then I read here that someone mentioned 5 Julianos + 5 Mother`s Sorrow would be good combination, and then I have finally watched Alcast`s video and realized that he also is using these two sets in his new build :)

    @altemriel

    My only word of caution here is that the gearing in this video (set bonuses, mundus values, etc) is all from PTS and not from live. With the changes between PTS and Live on Monday, it is important to know that this specific setup will not be as potent as it looked on pts and the double infused staves took advantage of a bug that has been fixed as well.

    Just something to be aware of. I know he said he needed to update all of his builds due to the changes that actually rolled live on Monday.

    I agree that Alcast and Gilliam are both very in tune with the meta if the day but what they say you always have to take with grain of salt... they are "world class" end game players who set up for very efficient raid groups... e.g. Getting major and minor breech all the time... NMG on a group mate... warhorn... etc... so unless you are running with a very well coordinated group you have to adjust their builds to suit your style of play...
