Level 63 CP180 Ring of Agility

Somebody posted this in Zonechat in Sotha Sil campaign today.
Is this intended or just a (visual) bug, because I didn't read anything about this in the patch notes.

Items are just a formatted chunk of text, so if you edit the chunks that represent level bam, you have a level 63 champion 180 thing.

The set bonuses are calculated according to the set, so they're just scaling off the given values.

Yeah each item have a code and if altered manually while in chat, can give them values (in this case levels) beyond the maximum
