What spec/class/race best suited for this combination ?

Sometimes you wonder as to why you play the game in the first place.
Right now I am at that stage :)

This is what my dream build is and need inputs from you folks to see if there is a race/spec/class that can satisfy the criteria.

=>Heavily Armored
=>Club and Shield
=> Above Average Damage.Should not hit like a wet noodle and TTK should not be high
=> Not interested in PVP or group PVE content..Mainly solo
=> Should be able to handle large number of mobs (like 5) at the same time.
=> Should have ondemand heals
=> Mostly melee but should be able to do some ranged damage (not often) if needed.

Is this possible in ESO ?

    Well... If youre planning to focus on solo content, it might work, however, it will take forever to kill the mobs with sword and board (in this game its strictly tanking or pvp weapon, you cant dps with it, and even more so, one of its basic skills has a built-in taunt, so if you would use them on mobs, they will attack you, which will kill you really fast in dungeons). 2 hander would work better if you need that "heavy warrior" look, and it has an ability that heals you and temporarily buffs your danage by 20% (Rally). Theres also a small aoe cleave that has a morph which gives you a damage shield.
    Medium armori is the most benificial for stamina-based character, you can go with heavy if you only want to do solo content, but your sustain wil probably be very bad in group pve. You could go for 5 medium/2heavy (heavy chest and legs), and craft the rest in the most "heavy"-looking style. You can check them here (crafted items arent bound to account until you equip them, so you could ask someone else to craft them for you. Many people do that for free if you provide materials. Leveling in this game is quite fast, though, so there's no real need to farm/craft gear until you reach gear cap. Before that, you're getting a hefty stat buff as long as youre wearing any gear of your level.
    As for classes, stamina warden could work for you.. It has easy access to heals, is quite sturdy, and has a ranged attack.

    That being said, you cant be tanky and have above average damage at the same time, if were talking about group pve, especially veteran intances. Magicka sorcerer is probably the most powerful solo class, but it doesnt fit into your description.

    Anything is possible my friend, here's what I would do:

    Stamina sorcerer
    Redguard (or Khajiit)
    Heavy armor chest and helmet, rest medium armor
    Mace+Shield and Bow

    Healing with Critical Surge is good as long as you deal crit dmg.
    On demand heal+stam return with Dark Deal.
    Ranged attacks with Endless Hail + Poison Injection.

    *Dual-Wield+Bow will deal the most dmg but its always possible switch if you want.
    **Dual-Wield has two healing skills (Blood Craze and Bloodthirst) which are also really strong dmg-wise.

    Pretty-much any stam-class.. Its just down to gear.

    My stam-sorc did this pretty well.. hurricane and endless-hail wore down mobs with good, consistent (PVE) heals from surge.

    Used viper snb (had the mace which looks like a club), and heavy armour. Thunderbug worked well - as did a number of other sets. Resources from heavy attacks and the odd dark-deal (on boss fights inbetween their big hits - not really feasible on mobs).

    Oh and vigour.

    And selene (or a damaging monster set of your choice)

    The easier vet dungeons are perfectly soloable from around cp300 (the more, the easier it is )

    It was just my PVP build at the time....

    Minalan owes me a beer.
