Can't download the patch

I'm so happy that it lets me download the whole patch just at the end to say hey we couldn't install it because the program doesn't have the right permissions or something like that. I try to repair and it just happens again and again. I close out and right click to run as administrator and now I have to start over again. So hopefully this works but I won't know until tomorrow because now I have to go to work. Not going to lie I'm pretty peeved but I'm trying to restrain myself from saying something that would get me in trouble.

Anyways, in case this doesn't work, anybody have any suggestions to try when I get home from work tomorrow?

I tried repairing it. I get error 1005-OSError_AcessDenied. " Access denied. A file could not be updated due to either insufficient permissions, or the file is in use by another process."

Any ideas anybody?

As you've already tried running the launcher as an administrator and this error is still happening, you will want to submit a support ticket for help getting this resolved. You can do so by going through the web assistant. Please make sure to include what troubleshooting you've already tried in your ticket.

This happens to me every single bloody patch. I have had to uninstall the game a few times already. Why does this keep happening?!

Well almost a year later and still having this problem....

It usually works after trying to repair or restarting my computer a couple times but so far it's not working and I've tried many many times since yesterday. Trying one more time. If it still doesn't work I'll be sending in a ticket.
