Rapid Maneuvers and unsheathing your weapon

Did Rapid Maneuvers always unsheathe your weapon? I'm constantly finding my weapon out as I run about and noticed that when casting RM, it brings the weapon out and I don't recall it doing that?

OK. I guess I'm just using it alot more today I was so excited when I read in the patch notes my weapon wouldn't unsheathe all the time and here I am..STILL with the darn thing out....

First it would unsheath your weapons, then they fixed it because that was bad, but we've been back to it unsheathing your weapons for a while now. IDK if it's intended, I never saw any communication about it. Maybe it's a bug, maybe not. I like it better when it wouldn't unsheath.

You have to unsheathe as it's on skill bar mate, it's another lie from ZOS unless they recode the entire skill bar u will never be able to raid without unsheaving.

It's quite literally (coded that way)
