Thieves guild "forever hold your peace" can't open kitchen door

For 6 months I've been trying to complete this quest and it freezes at open the door I've done soft and hard resets and deleted saved data is there anything else I can do because I can not complete the thieves guild quest line. Xbox one and North American servers
