Is there a King of Khajiits (Mane) in ESO?

Although the Khajit homeland is not yet ingame do we have any info of who is the current mane of the Khajits? We do meet the spirit of the first mane but what about the current one

Yes, you do a pretty long questline involving the Mane.
Not gonna spoil it any more for you. Just follow the Aldmeri Dominion quests and you'll find it.

i have completed all the quests from the 3 alliances but i forgot everything lol

Without going into any spoilers, The Mane shows up as early as Greenshade in the AD zones and you also get a whole main arc about The Mane in Reaper's March! So yeah, do AD quests, you'll learn some neat things.

The New Mane looks a little less tough as that .

though they gave the mane a normal khajiit model (Sathay-Raht I think) instead of the special "mane" version.

One of the better stories in that alliance after Auridon.

I'd say it is one of the best quest lines in game.

And the ones who voiced Khali and Shazah did an amazing job.
