[ FIXED NOW :D ] Jeanette Belaine: NE Rivenspire NPC funny movement bug

Jeanette Belaine is an NPC who runs around the docks at the North-West corner of Northpoint, which is a town at the top-right of the Rivenspire zone. Her location is also just East of Hildune's Secret Refuge. The beginning of the video also has the map location.
Bug: Jeanette moves as if she is running, but she runs at a walking pace! It's almost like she is trying out for Baywatch
kinda funny! She continues her loop along the docks and through town. When she is at one place, her animations play at a normal speed, but along sections of her route she will walk as if she is running.

This is probably a low-priority issue. As you can see, you can still talk to her just fine. I don't know if she is involved in any quests. The video is time-stamped in the video title, and I just double-checked after re-logging at 10:30 p.m. Eastern time, and this is still happening.
