Health/Magicka Potion glitched, actually makes plain Magicka Potion

When putting together Butterfly wing, Columbine, and Cornflower the screen clearly says you will make a potion that Restores Health AND Magicka. When you click craft, you get a plain Magicka potion. I have tried it on two different ocassions with the same results.
