DK passive Elder Dragon

My DK character Hitme the passive Elder Dragon states that I will get an increase of health recovery by 5% for each Draconic Power ability slotted. I have 2 slotted but only getting 9%. slot 1 and get 4%, if I slot 3 I'm getting 14%. The math doesn't work.

notachik✭✭✭Don’t know if this was ever fixed but I’m experiencing this now ..1 slotted in each bar and it says 4%. But the passive states I should have 5% for each0
