Group chat channel bug EU PS4

There has been this constant group chat channel bug for me and several of my friends since a little bit past One Tamriel.
The channels group/area will sometimes not even appear in the channels window, and if they are there when you click to join them, they'll just disappear. Even if i do manage to get into group chat channel maybe 10% of the time, after 15-20 minutes the group chat will just freeze and the names who were talking will stay stuck at the bottom right corner of the screen and I hear nothing. If i restart my application it will restore the channels but only for a couple of minutes, I've tried deleting my save and such. This is highly irritating since I cannot do any trials due to my being unable to join group chat.
Also my ISP and internet connection is not the issue since Before 1T this issue was irrelevant and my connection specs were the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
