Scorching Flare not working

Having problems with stealth players returning to stealth immediately after revealed with Scorching Flare and Evil Hunter. In both cases, the ability use will indeed bring players who are stealthed out (you need to be nearly standing on them for it to work)- however both of those abilities DO NOT stop them from immediately stealthing out again so really no point to using either skill. Tested with another player to verify- will bring out, but player immediately disappears again in both cases without skill preventing it.
