Stuck in Wailing Prison

I'm stuck on the Soul Shriven in Coldharbour quest. I've just defeated the Child of Bones and the prophet jumped into the portal and I'm supposed to follow. There is no option to interact with the portal and jumping just leads to my death. I've tried reloading, relogging, and leaving the game for several hours. I'm unable to drop the quest, leave the room, port to another player, enter cyrodiil or battlegrounds and the /stuck option did not work. I've submitted a ticket but have not heard back yet, anyone know of any other fixes for this?
