Crowns on PTS

If I use all my crowns on the PTS how often will they refresh them so I have more? also does making a new char give you them back?

✭They refresh daily and I'm not sure if making a new character gives you them back.. but I would guess no since the crowns are account wide. *shrugs*1 -

(Making a new template doesn't affect the balance since it's account-wide ...)1
