Well Idk about ZOS but personally my BGs experience(and I did enough BGs last week alone to earn nearly a million ap from BGs alone) consist of roughly 3/4 stam opponents(leaving only about 1/4 for all magicka classes including sorc) which I as a sorc actually find very hard to counter if they know what they're doing - my pitiful dodgeable no cp burst is nothing compared to their 10k dizzying swing spam to the face. Followed right by Viper and <insert monster proc set of choice>(which hopefully won't be a thing next patch, long overdue). Now I don't claim to be the best sorc out there, I'm by far and large not, but neither are most other sorcs you meet out there.
Haven't done enough Cyrodiil lately but last I checked, the ratio was about the same there.
Balance is always argueable but "stam characters are extinct"? I had to double check the data of your post to make sure. What patch are you playing? Because I'd sure love to play it too.
1. Regen poisons were (and still are) obnoxious. Reducing their effeciency wasn't a buff to sorcs any more than it was a buff to any other class. If anything, it was a "nerf" to all types of templars, as they were the only class who could afford to cleanse often enough to neutralize poisons.Crom_CCCXVI wrote: »I'm seeing about 75% of the Cyrodil, BG population running Sheild Stacking Sorcs, and I guess that isn't high enough?

Now your new updates,
-- nerf defending weapons (those things us non-sheild stackers use)
-- increase magika in sets, I'm assuming so those Sorcs can keep those sheilds buffed
-- and the worst, ruin the sheild breaker staff. If someone was willing to sell out their build, get crushed by heavy armor templars and DK's, just so they can fight one of the ten builds in the game at the expense of the other 9? oh wow, better nerf that too!

It's about 50/50

I've never fought a proc build DK before but I'm quite sure they exist, though in veery little numbers. Personally, I find that proc damage set users have it easy with the current meta.
Aaaand I'll stop it right here..

Also if you ever played sorc you would see why shield stacking is not an issue. If you come across a magsorc who can stack shields to the point where you can't bring them down at all you need more damage or the sorc is running nothing but sustain sets and should be left alone because they post no threat in their Lich/amberplasm no damage setup.
