Torug's Pact does not effect Maelstrom Weapons

Hello @ZOS_GinaBruno ,
I wanted to report that we have identified a bug. The Torug's Pact set does not increase the potency of the weapon enchant on Maelstrom weapons. This is inverse to its effect on Master weapons, leading the community to believe that this is not intended. Either the Master Weapons are bugged, or the Maelstrom weapons are bugged, not vice versa.
Note, Infused, does impact the Maelstrom and Master weapons, this leads me to believe further that Torug's Pact Set Bonus not impacting Maelstrom weapons is in fact a bug.
Please let us know if this will be fixed, as it is a significant issue in that it could really help diversity a large number of builds in the community, and might be a way to compensate for the nerf to Torug's pact due to the Infused buff and buff of Oblivion damage in the upcoming patch.

A person recently actually showed proof that it does effect the master's weapons. At least on the tooltip, does it not effect the actual damage?0 -

Unequip weapon sets and only have the weapons equipped. Go hit a test dummy and use combast metrics CMX log to see if the numbers are different. Unfortunately, you need a weapong with and without the enchant in question for a baseline vs. added effect. Keep in mind other enchants (like say a 2nd DW weapon) suchs as deal 3xx weapon damage for 5 sec, some passives, etc. can all give false readings, and some set effects might get reported to the log incorrectrly reading as a "stacking effect" vs. 2 separate attacks.0 -
AdicusDio✭✭✭*other sets if so equipped, obviously do not unequip Torag's. Also, ideally, strip CP from blue to avoid any possible false readings for testing. Too many factors can interfere.0

WeylandLabs✭✭✭✭✭Im calling it right now, if this is not fixed this next update. Either Zos doesnt want to put the resources into fixing this. Or Zos knows people will complain about this and doesnt want to nerf torugs.
This has been reported countless times, and we will see if Zos takes action to fix finally. Or to leave alone to continue endless bug reports of this issue for an X amount of years.0 -
