The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 10.0.1 is available.

Glyph of Prismatic Onslaught is Still Bugged with Infused (Cooldown isn't Reduced)

It's the same issue that was present with the oblivion damage glyph, so you should know how to fix it. I've sent in bug reports on it before and posted in the bug report forum. C'mon.
