Crash at login, C++ error

Hello all, I'm having this issue on a new machine. When attempting to log in I eventually end up crashing and getting the C++ error. I have made sure Windows is updated, I have both the C++ 2010 and C++ 2015 installed. I am at my wits end, I have tried running this game on a few machines and keep getting this error. I have scoured the internet and cannot find a fix, I've tried repairing, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've updated graphics driver, I've upgraded to Windows 10, everything is set to run as admin. I play the game through Steam. Please for the love of whatever you love, help me!

Here is the report run with ESO Game Consultant.

    If you haven't yet, be sure to send in a support ticket with a copy of your game consultant. If you get an automated response just reply to that email rather than putting in a new ticket. At least that way if fellow players have no suggestions here on the forums you can start getting help from support too.

    Thanks, I opened a ticket and support is working with me now. Although, we're still no closer to a fix. I will update this post once it is resolved.

    After numerous attempts to fix this issue, I was told that running a 32 bit OS is likely the cause. Now, I don't buy that, but my only option at this point is to install 64 bit and hope for the best. I was finally told that there was nothing else tech support could do for me.

    The support team was very responsive and quick to reply, I give them high marks for that.

    They seemed to have a different person reply after each step I tried, they didn't appear to always read up on what I'd already tried. This meant I got multiple replies asking me to try the most basic steps when it was clearly stated in the email chain that I'd already done that. Even after being bumped to the Advanced Support team, that part of the process could have been handled much better in my opinion.

    We never came to any fix or reason for this issue other than 32 bit OS can cause issues with game play. I hope that if anyone else has this issue, they are able to resolve it.

    Ok, installed 64 bit OS and the game runs beautifully now.

    After this issue there are a couple of things I would like to see change.

    1. Put a disclaimer on minimum system requirements stating that the game may not run in 32 bit OS, it's a known fact or ZOS wouldn't have used it as a reason in my ticket.

    2. If others have an issue and are running 32 bit OS, and state that in their initial ticket, ZOS should start the troubleshooting with the "32 bit OS can cause issues with the game" statement.

    Again, the support team was very helpful and most of the info they provided was useful. They were very prompt with their responses and it's refreshing to experience that in an MMO.

    They did you a favor by forcing you to install 64 bit, before the OS couldn't even use all your physical memory.
