Make Azbishan and Gerethel killable?

Would it be possible to make these characters, Azbishan the Khajiit and Gerethel the Bosmer, killable? They are constantly standing in the main hall of Elden Root, repeating their so tiresome dialogue about Daedric Princes and butterflies and its so annoying listening to it every time I'm there, which is quite a lot. At least making them killable would mean some other players could do the decent thing and murder them giving us some nice peace and quiet.
Or maybe the player character could perform the Black Sacrement and summon the Dark Brotherhood to kill them? So then they'd be phased to the player, so they'd only be there for some players.
Better yet, remove them alltogether since they serve zero purpose whatsoever...
