Will this set benefit from CP and major minor buffs next patch. Also any one agree it needs a buff?

I have only one problem with this set. That the jewelry from heists (which can come in robust and healthy as well) is blue quality only. Increase the quality of heist rewards and I am completely satisfied.

Got a purple ring in a Hew's Bane chest last week.

In terms of a buff it would be nice if the rune radius was bigger ... but the chance of a proc is already at 25%.

Only arcane is available in purple. Healthy and robust are blue only. It would be so beautiful tanking set if we had purple healthy jewelry.

It should benefit from cp. The set seems very lackluster for pvp, but for some reason I've been seeing it in just about every other battlegrounds match. It's weird.

I swear i been seeing it in Kyne Cyrodiil this week. But could just be noobs not knowing it's not very strong.

This set was strong back when proc-sets could cause critical damage/heals. Now the set is very weak and could use a buff.
