Missing AP from Midyear Mayhem event

Greetings! While PvPing late last night (7/20) or early this morning (7/21) I attempted to gain the 20% AP buff from the Pothole Cavern's boss Serrin Vol. The only issue being that the moment I recieved the buff (along with the event buff) I stopped receiving any and all AP. I get the experience for capping a keep/resource/pvping, but I get no AP. Thinking perhaps it was an addon issue I deleted all addons, and what do you know, no change.
I logged off, waited through queue times again, and still no AP gain. My character doesn't get notifications of AP gain, her AP doesn't go up, and she's not even showing as a rank in the server despite PvPing for several hours today.I've attempted to log and relog and nothing. This goes for quests (I get all the rewards except AP) and any other AP gaining adventures.
