Steel Tornado - CP

Does this CP (Master At Arms) buffs up "Steel Tornado" ?

I am sure it buffs up my "Snipe" but since "Steel Tornado" is an Area of Effect damage I want to know whether this CP buffs it up or not.

    Yes it does.

    Direct damage is anything that isn't damage over time, it doesn't matter whether its AoE or Single Target. Steel Tornado isn't a DoT, so it is buffed by Master-At-Arms.
