I am at level 15 in my Dunmer Stam Dk.

I have experienced all the other zones' quests earlier with my other toons ...except the ones mentioned below.

If I start questing in these zones (try completing all solo questing content without grinding) will I be able to ding 50 ?

Rivenspire
Alikr Desert
Bangkorai
Deshaan
Shadowfen
Eastmarch

I was around level 30 just clearing all of vvardenfell content casually.

I hate questing dude, if you want to get to CP 160 realky quick, run random normals and dolmens. The way i did it is i would drink a psijic ambrosia when the final boss of random normal dungeon would be close to dying, that way i got more XP fron completing a random normal. After u complete it, travel to Alik'r desert, say that you are looking for group in chat, there will be a big group of people, follow them they complete dolmens in 3-4 minutes, you will get about 3k xp from each dolmen but since u have psijic ambrosia active u will recieve more.
Once you get a higher level, you can ask your high CP friends to run Skyreach catacombs with you, best way to get XP!

Last character I got to 50, I did it with Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood and just enough PVP to unlock Vigor and Caltrops.

You can easily do it completing one faction so it'd be no problem over those zones. I'd also got to 30 just clearing Vvardenfell so that'll be a big head start
