Armor Sets, Aesthetics, Names

I have a question... when I logged on and I tested out the new armor sets it dawned on me a few things... these new armor sets are awesome - both of them. But it's curious to me that the Nord looking set drops in a more Reachman based dungeon, whereas the armor that looks Reach/Minotaur inspired is what drops in Falkreath. On top of that, some of the armor sets have curiously different names that aren't quite matching with the aesthetic. (Draugr's Rest sounds like it should be Nord armor.)

Is it intended this way, or did the aesthetics of the armors actually get swapped?

The armors form Bloodroot Forge are intended to be a melding of the Reach and Nedic styles, which makes sense as it features Reachmen in a Nedic ruin in Craglorn. -Fits Drop Location

The armors from Falkreath are the Reach/Minotaur style because that one is more focused on the fact that the Reachmen and Minotaur are attacking Falkreath together. -Fits Drop Location

Draugr's Rest is likely named as such because a portion of the Falkreath dungeon takes place in a Nord crypt with Draugr. -Fits Drop Location

They all fit the place where they are dropped, so definitely intended.
