How to Find the Zerg Train in Cyrodiil?

Today I spent some hours for the first time ever in Cyrodiil. I didn't meet a single person! Then I stumbled upon a zerg train. I followed it, we captured a place and I got a HUGE AP bonus. Then the train when to a Transitus Shrine and everyone just vanished! I tried asking in zone chat "Where is the train?", but didn't get any response. Is there some kind of marker that shows where everyone is?

I just need to rank 4 to unlock the Warhorn skill and then I can get back to PvE. So my question is how do I find and follow the zerg train in Cyrodiil?

Type "VE" in zone chat for an invite to the Zerg.

just type lfg in zone chat and one of the pick up group leaders will pick you up

You can also look at the map to see which keep are flagged and where there is a major battle. If the server is full, you can hang around the Alesswell/Bleakers/Chal root, the Ash/Nickel/Roe root, the Alessia/Sej/BRK root. Depending on your alliance and how the map is moving.

When you find the train make sure you have cliff racer and rapid regen slotted.
