Master's weapons and the new set bonus buffs

With the new set bonus buffs, the master weapons will give almost the same amount of magicka as a single 2,3,4p set bonus. Is this subject to change or are master weapons being rendered useless once again?

*by useless I mean they become a simple 1 piece 1 max mag bonus instead of a 1 piece 1.5 max mag bonus...
