Proposed value adjustments on old-school sets

First, I want to mention that I am really excited about next patch and welcome all changes that have been made, especially regarding traits, mundus and progsets. That been said, I can see that the developers seem to invest significantly more time this update in balancing sets that are over/underperforming. While all introduced set changes are nice and head into the right direction, I am still really disappointed that there is literally no changes to the older sets that remain in the graveyard.

When creating new build for my toons, I am permanantly seeking to have my own individual touch on each character and therefore explore all sets introduced since lauchn. (Nice websites for listings are fextralife e.g.). While scrolling though the sets, it doesn't take much time to realize that at least 50% of the given sets are underperforming HEAVILY compared to counterparts that were introduced later on. I have always asked myself how the devs can just ignore these old sets and keep introducing new ones that overshadow the old ones.

While I can image it takes a little bit of effort to rebalance or rework old sets, it really cant be that hard to just adjust numbers of these old set's 5 pieces. This is why I wanted to create this thread to collect these old sets and propose new numbers for their 5 pieces values. I mean, seriously, to change these bonuses must take a maximum of 5 minutes per set, and I have hope that this might be in the developer's focus for the upcoming patch.

That been said, I hope we can get these old sets to live, beacuse some of them are really unique, interesting and its a pitty they can't even be considered to be used.

Thanks!

Spectre's Eye - 15% chance on class ability cast to grant major evasion for 5 seconds
Pelinal's Aptitude - change 1 piece bonus to weapon and spell damage

The values can obviously be discussed and I might have overlooked synergies that can be too strong in certain combinations. It is pretty clear though that there are tons of sets out there that I guess most havent even heard of.

The new proc sets are op, the old proc sets are mostly too weak. So i agree.

Trinimac Value losing its Crit made it less than useless.
