Earthgore Monster Helm is Bugged (Video Proof)

This monster set is definitely procing its heal before a person is under 50% as you can see in the video.
It procs instantly after i take damage while healing. And it procs again, while healing myself when I am not yet at 50% health.
This is most definitely a bug right?

Perhaps same bug as enchanted forest at launch : it proc on target with >more< than 50% health instead of less.

the heal goes over whoever you are healing that is under 50% health and stationary (if it is fixed) and all negative effects literally mean anything that is placed on the ground that is an enemies, is instantly cleansed from the ground, I don't want to go into specifics but I'm sure you can understand what this entails.

Same bug is going with heavy armor set from Bloodroot Forge dung - it proc no matter how much HP you have, despite intended below 50%.
